I purchased my Dell Inspiron 2330 all in one touch for Christmas and installed it 6 weeks later . It worked fine for 5 weeks then all of a sudden it couldn't access the internet through our WIFI modem.
It couldn't even scan for networks. I called Dell and was told its a software issue. They suggested that I download a driver update and install it. I went to the dell download page to do this but I don't know which one I need.
If I cant fix it Dell told me to send it back to them for $150.00 dollars. I don't understand why since its not even a year old. Please help. I'm a total noob and don't want to waste any money unless I have to.
