INSPIRON 546 NO BOOT OR VIDEO.
I have an issue with my Dell issued Inspiron 546. It went dark as in over a period of three boots and later failed to boot. There was a power outage shutdown previous to the issues. It has not posted since. I replaced motherboard, power supply, tried a Gforce video card, switched the RAM around and removed along with all components. I determined not a Monitor issue by trying three working monitors. Cleared CMOS, changed battery. No beeps in any configuration. LED on front panel is Solid Amber. Still no video indication BIOS/CMOS on non response monitor (LED stays Yellow not green as in on position.
Note: Same issue with new motherboard.
HELP!?
