My computer (all in one 2305) is completely shot... when it turns on there is only a black screen with the would you like to start windows safe mode... and it doesn't go past that screen. How should I fix this? New hard drive? Motherboard? Both? any help would be appreciated. Also when i bought this computer from dell they never sent a hard copy of windows 7 (my current operating program) after i replace needed hardware will dell let me reload windows 7 or do I need to re-buy it? Thanks for your help.
