I have a Dell Inspiron One2330 Windows 7 Home Edition. The touchscreen is not functioning. I have updated the BIOS, the video driver and the CHIPSET. The software under the control panel for touchscreen isn't even installed, so I can't calibrate the screen. I have restarted the computer several times and searched through all the forums. It seems like a constant issue for the last 3 years. Is there any way to reinstall the actual touchscreen application without resetting the entire computer?
