We have a half dozen or more of these <profanity removed> Optiplex 790's that are suffering the same issue of "hard drive not found". You can power it off and it will usually then boot. We are on BIOS A15 and are still having the same problems. Between the power supply issues on these 790's and the hard drive not found issues Dell is about to lose our business. There is no excuse for putting out <profanity removed> like this.
