Hello all,
I've had my XPS 8700 for about a year now and from the get go I've been having the same problem: the machine just freezes after a couple of days or sometimes even two to three times in the same day and then I'm forced to keep the power button pressed to reboot it. I'm fed up of this, why should a machine which I paid a lot of money for keep doing this?
I recently formatted the machine and re-installed everything - and nothing changed, it just went straight back to freezing up every few days.
I'm running Windows 8.1, any solutions from you guys would be appreciated.
