Dell Zino HD 410 won't start.

Hi,

Seem to have run into an issue with my Dell Zino HD 410.  I was booting up to then boot up from a USB but ever since it hasn't booted.  It gets stuck at the Dell BIOS post screen with the loading bar about 80% through. Left it over night at that screen with no change. Tried killing it and booting on again, it would then error with the message:   Alert! Previous attempts at booting have failed at checkpoint [85].  It does not go any further.

Tried reseating the RAM and the unplugging and plugging back in the HDD, resetting the CMOS all with no change.

Any ideas?
