I've got 3 identical 3020s & 3 identical Seagate USB 3.0 external drives attached to each for backups, all purchased back in May.
About a month ago, one started with the 'USB device not recognized..., I called tech support, they had me update and/or reinstall drivers & all was well until today, when message started coming back. The other 2 3020s have never had this problem. Before getting back on the phone, having to sit on hold for a while, any suggestions?
