Geez, hackers will go to any extreme to get people to click links in emails.
Got fake Amazon order confirmation today saying that somebody who's name I don't know ordered a 40" Samsung TV from one of the Amazon storefronts and is having it shipped to me. (If it were only true!)
The email looks virtually perfect to my eye. I checked the content of the hyperlinks in the message (No, I didn't click them!) and virtually every one goes where you'd expect: (1) Samsung page with description of the TV, (2) Amazon storefront for AJChoice, (3) to account login page at Amazon, etc etc.
The only link that's suspicious is the one for the order number which goes to a URL in the Netherlands.
Bottom line: If it's too good to be true, there's malware lurking....
