Hi, I have just started using my brand new XPS 27 and there is a dark spec on the screen (low middle section). It is small but very obvious and within the screen (i.e. it is not dirt in the surface) I have run diagnostic tests and it is still there. It is particularly noticeable over a white screen.
I have added a photo showing this "spec" close to the pointer.
The computer is just over 1 month old and this is only the second time I use it.
Any ideas? Help? Suggestions?
