I have a XPS 8500 that I purchased in January of 2013.
It has a 256 GB Samsung SSD that is pretty much full.
It also has a 2 TB hard drive that has lots of room.
I get an error message all the time telling me that my SSD, or boot drive is running out of space.
How do I free up space on that SSD? I can't find very many programs that take up much room, and can't figure out how to clean that drive to make it have more room. I'm assuming that all the programs need to be installed on this C drive to run properly? Should I uninstall the few programs I have and see if I can install them on the D drive with more space? I am already storing all of my files, such as music and pictures and docs on the D.
Any advice here? There's probably a million ways to do this better.
