Dell OptiPlex 390, how do I save the changes I make in the BIO's boot order, I'm trying too get card reader to work.

Hello Members

I have the computer above, and I've added an internal media card reader, it's been connected to a media port on the motherboard (as are the Dell's front USB ports connected to one of the media ports)

Trouble is, when the card reader is connected the computer won't load into Windows, so I was assuming the boot priority has been effected .

It reads in this order 1 DISKETTE

                                 2 USB LEGACY

                                 3 CD/DVD

                                 4 SATA

                                 5 NIC

I can change the boot order, but I can't find how I save the changes, theres 'apply' and 'exit', when I click the apply button it greys out, if I exit nothing pops up to say 'Exit saving changes'.

Do members know the answer why the card reader stop Windows 7 pro loading, and also how I apply and save changes I've made in the BIO's, help would be great please.

Regards
