DELL OPTIPLEX 380 ISSUE

Hi everyone,

                      I've run diagnosis on my desk top Optiplex 380 almost tests showed passed but issue is not resolved till now. I get message on screen when I try to run computer that "TFGHT is compressed - Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart." I performed this instruction but computer won't start all ways to the desk top. It runs short to Window on Desk Top. Can someone help me with this issue I'm having on Optiplex 380?
