Hi, I have a desktop here that initially was showing error indicator 2/2 which normally suggests either PSU or System Board. I ordered both parts and fitted and it made it worse.Hit the power button, power comes on for a few seconds, cpu fan spins up, then shuts down. I stripped the parts out and put the old ones back. Back to Error 2/2. I ordered a new board again to see if I had been unlucky and got a DOA board. This one does the same issue of powering on briefly then shutting off again.
I stripped the HDD & DVD rom out, only leaving the bare minimum of Memory/CPU still the same..
Anyone have any thoughts?
