Dell Support Assist updated early last week on my XPS 8100 machine. After it updated I could no longer get into the forum. I had a difficult time finding a Dell email address that someone would help to reset my sign in. In my frustration I emailed ky331 (David) and detailed this problem. Ky331 sent my email to Dell-Robert P who had Stacy reset my sign in on the forum. Dell-Robert P emailed me with instructions that my sign in had been reset. Thanks David and Dell-Robert P. I am now able to sign in again.
I am puzzled about this update to Dell Support Assist and why it locked me out of the forum. Annie
