Friday 13th! February - Dell somehow installed Dell Data Vault and Dell Support Assist. Do not know how this ocurred but it says so in the Support Assist History.
Since Friday my CPU fan has been coming on every 10 seconds for a second. I have taken the PC to the repair shop but they cannot find out what is happening.
I have since discovered that I am not the only one this has happened to.
How can we solve this issue - which has been created by Dell?
