So I got a Dell Inspiron 350 a while back. My main PC had died so I switched out the Harddrive and Video card to The inspiron. Everything was working great until i tried to install a geforce 210. first i switched the bios to use pci-e, tand i added the new card in and rebooted. nothing.....so i took the new card out and put the old card......nothing, then i took out the old card and tried my onboard. something!
So it's not booting up all the way. it does the one beep when you power on then it shows splash and then it is a black screen with a blinking cursor. I have tested the power source and that works, tested the ram all of those work i have done all steps like powering down and unpluging and pressing power button , i have tried removing everything and powering up. i have tried using usb and cd to boot, and nothing is working .
