Hi All,
The HD on my Vostro 360 went bad -- was throwing many errors, etc. I purchased a new one (from Dell) and installed it. Then, taking my handy recovery disk, recovered to "factory settings". Or so I thought. Unfortunately it would appear that the recovery image isn't quite compatible with the new HD (again, from Dell) because Windows 7 blue screens right after the "Starting Windows" animation. I've since loaded another, not yet activated, copy of Win7 (I do have to use my computer) but need to get the original factory image on here.
Any advice?
