XPS One 2710, Freezes at Dell splash screen

Hi,

Yesterday a storm took out power. Today I tried to turn on my XPS ONE 2710 and found that it simply freezes in the DELL splash screen. It does not respond to F2 or F12. I assume the HD (1TB) is dead?
