All - I need some help! Recently purchased a Dell Precision 490 used, and the wiring inside the case I'm seriously questioning! It appears it was spliced and pretty much butchered up by someone. I was told the motherboard was bad which after some testing I agree. I have another motherboard coming but...I still need to verify and/or straighten out my wiring.
Is there a document showing the pin outs etc., for the Dell Precision 490 anywhere? Jumper settings, anything to do with the wiring schematic the CORRECT way?
Any help you guide me to would be greatly appreciated. This is very nice machine and I want it to work perfectly :-)
