The Dell "splash screen" which allows selection of a function key is visible for less than one second - not long enuff to enter a function key. However there is an entry in BIOS A02 ("HDD protection feature" under 'Security' ) which appears to slow down the procedure but the next screen appears in Chinese. Obviously not a good solution.
(1) has anyone else experienced this ?
(2) were you able to correct it ?
