Hi, I've been trying to do a Factory rest on my Inspiron 530s but the PC won't allow it.
I've tried by hitting F8 on startup then the 'repair your PC' option.
I should have 'Dell factory image restore' there, but it isn't. I've tried doing it via D:\Tools\PCrestore where I get the system restore screen but even running as admin, it only goes so far before I get an Error.
I have been told that by upgrading my system from the original shipped Vista to Win 7 via a purchased upgrade disc has removed the recovery option.
How can I do a factory reset now please?
