windows 10

Hi
have pre-booked windows 10 but then get up that I have some kombatibel problem, how do I resolve this ?
I could check the computer when I booked the windows 10 and that's when I get that I have some compatibility errors .
It's almost just about Bluetooth that there is a problem ?
It's a Dell computer and it is about 1 year old.
Would be grateful for an answer
