So I was playing a game and the computer crashed.  I attempted a reboot and received the above conditions, with a failure to start.

Two beeps evidently indicates a RAM problem, so I tried the directions in this post:

 http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/t/19448105

including trying the different RAM slots, with no success.

I was able to restart the computer and press F12 on the Dell logo and select ‘Diagnostics’ from the boot menu, but the ePSA Pre-Boot System Assessment stated all tests passed.

So after trying out all of those RAM cards and slots, it seems to indicate that it's a fried motherboard, doesn't it?

Thanks in advance for any help.
