So I have a dell Inspiron 560 and whenever I try to boot it up it gives me a black screen and a blinking white underscore in the top left corner and I don't have a recovery disk and when I go into ABOS (f8) it gives me this weird Beeping noise . I'll give more information if necessary and any help is greatly appreciated
