About a year ago I purchased an XPS 8700 and I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. I'm only doing this because I can't seem to run Resident Evil 4 at a 60FPS speed. It plays slowly.

I'm thinking upgrading my memory too, but I'm not sure which type to buy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I'm looking for something above average, nothing too pricy. Let's say the budget is 250 dollars.
