I have had this PC for since June last year, I have had issues from day one, I lost all of my data last November when the PC crashed and a factory reset was done, this happened again early this year, followed by needing new memory which was supplied under the warranty, now though I am out of warranty and my PC is running slow , at times it just freezes and when I click on a folder to open it I get the message "working on it" I just have to walk away and come back later. Sometimes when I open folders it says they are empty!!! After a restart they are still there but this is no way to carry on. I am looking for a new PC anything but Dell.
I have spent days trying to get the support assist to work but it will not play ball If I try to run a test I get to "obtaining selected diagnostics" and no matter how long I wait nothing else happens.
I had such high hopes for this PC!!! I spent enough money!!!
