Few months ago of 2015 I bought my Inspiron 660s core i5 with preloaded of windows 8.1 . July 30 I availed free and upgraded online to windows 10 but few days after my desktop turn sleep. I tried to re-start but nothing happen. When I return home after 4 days I tried again to use my desktop but still I cannot open. Until now there is no signal from my desktop even I change and use new VGA cable.
Please help me I can't access to my file. Please guide me to avail the warranty. Where is your support center in Manila, Philippines. Tell me the local number in my area to avail your Pro Support 24/7services or your On-site support team.
