dvd drive on inspirion desktop. I just purchased a new desktop, received it last Friday, on my second dvd thingie, I have asked to have a new computer sent to exchange for this one. anybody else having trouble with this ? also having a real hard time getting in touch with any body in customer service. took me hours just to speak to some one and then over 1 hr with them. did I buy from a bad company? Help!!!
