Constant Black Screen Freezes & Crashes During Games

Okay. Enough is enough.

I have been getting black-screen freezes whilst playing online-games for a while now. I need a solution.

Recent examples of games that have not been playable: Guild Wars 2, Warframe, Rocket League. I will be able to play for some random number of minutes, ranging from 5 or so to an hour, but at some point the screen will go black.

Sometimes, the screen will be momentarily black and return to showing the game.

Sometimes, the screen will stay black and I can hear the game in the background, but I will have to alt-tab out to shut down the program.

Sometimes, the screen will stay black, and I cannot alt-tab or Ctl-Alt-Del out, so I will have to shut down my computer entirely.

When I can alt-tab out, sometimes I will see the "Display driver has stopped working and has recovered." pop-up. Not always.

Some games do not seem to have this problem. Magic Duels, for example.

I have tried a huge number of Google-searches & experiments to try to resolve this problem. It seems to be a VERY common problem, but there is no apparent solution to any of the huge number of search-results asking for help with this issue.

I have tried every single video-options setting in each game, from bare-minimum settings to highest including turning off & on all secondary effects. I have tried different video-resolutions.

I have turned off all other programs, including going into Resource Monitor and looking for any that seemed unnecessary.

I have updated video drivers many times over the months. I have completely uninstalled all video-drivers & installed the most recent fresh & from scratch.

This did not used to happen, even with the games that it is now happening to. Guild Wars 2, for example used to run just fine, but now it will consistently freeze/crash every time.

As I said, this seems to be a very common problem, judging by the number of requests for help found on Google-searches. So I am posting here, at what should be the root-source for help. Please answer me.

I will try to post computer-specs now:
