Inspiron 660 new Jan 2013. 256G Samsung PRO SSD contains OS, now W10PC and all executable apps/programs. All my data is on a separate 1T HDD. I use this for my business of solid modeling and everything else that you could use a computer for. Originally, the computer would go to sleep and then shut down occasionally. Restarts took a long time. This eventually got worse and worse over the course of about a month. Until now when I cannot get it to boot at all. In fact, I cannot get into the BIOS because I don't have a working USB port or any video. One time the "F2 screen" did appear and I was able to change the boot order and get the OS up - once; not any longer. There are no BEEPS unless I try to boot with the memory sticks removed. I have disconnected ALL unnecessary peripherals, cleared the BIOS, replaced the battery . . . everything I can think of. I believe it is a bad MOBO or a corrupt BIOS. I am anxious to re-flash the BIOS. I want to know if there is a way to load a new BIOS file without having Windows 10 already up and running. Anyone: HELP!
