Just purchased a new Inspirion 20 3043 desktop. Been having loads of fun with the Dell Technical Support Team that have been unable to solve a problem where the computer keyboard and mouse do not properly wake the computer from sleep. We have to reach behind the computer and manually click the power button to wake the system.
Dell Tech Support has transferred me twice to a higher tier of technical support but each time they have transferred me to the wrong support line that requires a paid subscription. Crazy!
Anyone else running Windows 10 that has figured out the culprit behind this problem? We have upgraded to all of the lastest drivers, BIOS, etc. All the power settings are correct for mouse and keyboard to wake computer. Nothing seems to work.
