Can anyone advise the purpose/functionality of the quickset utility (indicated by black icon with "9" inside it on the taskbar? Where can I find any Dell info about it (I tried Dell tech support twice but no one could give me an answer). I get no response when I click/double click on the icon. Thanks for any help.
