Hi all, I seem to be in a Catch-22 here. I cught a ridiculous virus on my XPS 8300 and had to reinstall Windows 7 from scratch. Unfortunately, I did not have the disk that came with the system and I went out and bought the OS at MicroCenter. It is Windows 7 Professional and it installed fine. But, I see that Dell has other drivers and I went to download them on my laptop, but the Download Center looks like it needs to be connected to the XPS 8300 to work. The XPS 8300 will NOT recognize the wired LAN that it is connected to because the device driver is not loaded. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
