Right out of the box I noticed that whenever I'd hook up my iPhone 5S or iPad mini it would sync but would always display "not charging" on the device. In my older computer from like 10 years ago with Vista. It would still charge my fairly new iOS devices. Not sure what is going on since this computer is fairly new according to it's specs it's from 2013. How do I get the USB ports to charge my devices when I have them connected?
