WHO shall follow my case, Please?

I'm really confused about your support team. I called your support hotline HK:29693187 on 9 Nov when the one said I called a wrong department and transferred my call to a lady. After doing a few tests instructed by the lady and replied her emails with pictures of testing results, she indicated in the email that she will arrange service on 11 Nov, but I never heard from her since then. 

I send her a reminder email today, only got auto-reply that she is not working in Dell since 13 Oct!
