<violation> We returned a PC to dell over a month ago now that was paid for using their own Dell Preferred Card, and STILL have not been refunded for this order. We have contacted them over and over and over again and NO ONE helps! We never reach anyone in the USA and the reps we do get play stupid and give us the brush off. We have tweeted, DM on Twitter, sent emails, called, chatted online with them, and now used Facebook. Dell is the WORST company we have ever dealt with in our lives. Horrendous customer care! How is Dell still in business??? <private data>
