Dell monitor E1914H - move icons closer to edge of screen

Would appreciate hints on how to move the icons to the edge. Particularly on right side - the closest I can move them is 1 inch from edge. A lot of real estate wasting...

(The size is medium - 125%. Don't want to go smaller, if possible)
