Dell optiplex 3010 front panel problem

Hello everybody.

"Dell OptiPlex 3010" I have a computer.

I burned the motherboard. I bought another motherboard. brand: "ASUS H61M-K"

I have a problem, please help.

Front panel cable does not fit into the motherboard.

There are currently 15-pin socket. but it is not the motherboard input. How can we do?
