Dell precision t35000 Upon startup the start button remains solid Amber and the number 2 lights up
This says that there a pci error but there's none to be found. All the fans spin up, this happened when I removed the graphics card to install a new one. When I put the old card back in nothing changed and now it's in this constant state of an amber light
