Hi, i just recently upgrade to Win10 as i taught it will be easiest way for fresh install after upgrade but the reset bitton didnt work so i decide to go back to 8.1 copied UEFI version of win to USB and resterted win while pressing F2 but the computer didn't restart"just black screen not even logo Dell" switched off back on and same story. so i took apart and find out hlthat whatever i try the computer do not boot until there is just 2gb or less ram in slot i have 1x 4GB, 2x2GB and 1x1GB any possible option you can imagine i tried if is there more than2GB ram system don't want to boot. Any idea where is the problem? for 2year this computer was running flawlessly.
