Please advise on use of F3-12800CL9T-12GBRL to replace memory in old Dell Studio XPS 435T, max 24gb, 6 banks; DDR3-1600.

Probably 3 banks of 4 today, perhaps another set later, but first I need to determine compatibility. (And I was burned by OCZ with the same plan resulting in incompatible sticks of the same spec'ed memory).
I dropped a note to G.Skill and they replied "We don’t think F3-12800CL9T-12GBRL is compatible with your 435T system, please check your user manual or contact Dell to see
If they’re supporting with single sided(high density IC)memory module."
Tips much appreciated.
