I have my 3840 running Android 4.4.4 for four months and I truly enjoy it, I consider it is awsome and this is the second tablet I bought -I previously had a Venue 7-. Unfortunately since last week:
- WiFi icon is missing and randomly comes back. When I try to reenable from the configuration it got stuck and if I revisit the configuration page it is off again.
- Bluetooth is not working.
- The battery is progressing in the time required to charge at the point that after several hours connected to AC adapter it is still at 16%.
After several restarts it comes with the dead android icon, so I factory reset but it did not help. Randomly get wireless and goes away.
It is still under warranty, is there a way to fix this or how should I be able to RMA?
