We are currently using Optiplex 7020 with Windows 7 SP1 (have been using since they were first offered).
Recently, we are seeing newly image PCs (we use a master image for all our PCs) where the USB ports are no working- you will get keyboard input up to when the OS starts to load, but then they are not recognized. Sometimes they will start to work after 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes not.
We are seeing these mostly on BIOS versions A06 and A07. We tried A08 (released Feb, 2016), but this has not solved the issue. Sometimes rolling back to A05 will work.
We have also found occasional relief by installing the video driver Video_Driver_4K2WK_WN32_10.18.14.4280_A16.EXE.
Any help would be appreciated.
