My client decided to check for updates on her 7010 and downloaded and installed a bios update, the computer restarted but then nothing on the screen. She says she waited 15 minutes and then powered off. I'm not sure whether it did the update or not but in any case it won't boot at all, nothing on the screen no beeps, nothing. I had this happen years ago to a 386 computer and was able to order a new bios chip, is that a possibility or anything else?
