Dell XPS 8300 Motherboard Solid Amber Light

Hi,

I have a desktop Dell XPS 8300 and I opened my case to change my video card. While I opened it, I realized that there was a solid amber light on on the motherboard located just beside the RAM. My computer work fine and I don't have any problems with it. I'm just wondering if it's normal that the light is solid amber or if it's mean that something is wrong.

I would appreciate if someone could answer me about this.
