Hi everyone, I am Goh. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 14' which consists of 15 months McAfee subscription included with the package. However, when I created a new McAfee account and launched McAfee in my laptop it provides me only 1 month validity. I tried to contact technical support through chat but they throw me here and there. Dell customer service saying this is not their business. This McAfee 15 months subscription is a compulsory selection & it is not able to take off during purchasing.
We paying money but end up seems cheated by Dell &McAfee.
I wondering it might be plenty of Dell user facing kind of issue whereby paying McAfee 15 months subscription cost for hundred bucks but get only 1 month validity. If that particular user does not raise up the issue to Dell....This hundred bucks McAfee charges will be like paying and get nothing.
This is a very very serious issue. I am very upset Dell has such practice.
Is there any solution for this?
