I've recently been trying to reinstall Windows 10, but the installation gets hung on the installation. I decided to use a USB drive, and also tried using a old Dell reinstall disc for Windows XP just for formatting the drive, but the computer won't boot from the disc or usb drive. F2 wont open the BIOS, F12 doesn't open the boot menu. I can't even access Windows. What do I need to do to fix this problem.
