I had a Dell for 12 years. It worked great that is why I bought another DELL. It is a new I7, win 8, 16G ram, 2T hard drive.
Can I get the Keyboard replaced that came with it?
The ?,/, shift on the left side is in the wrong place. It has new to me characters on the keyboard I don't recognize them and would never use them. They look like accents on top of the characters. Why would you sell a unknown keyboard to an English customer? It is very frustrating keyboard. It makes me want to return everything back to future shop and go with a different brand.
