My Dell XPS 8100 will not boot or get past the post process. When I turn on the computer (no beeps) it shows the Dell Splash screen and the progress bar shows half way through the process. Both the F2 and F12 do not work. I've tried as recommended to remove the CMOS battery, unplug the power, hold the power button down for 10 seconds to drain power from capacitors, but no luck. I disconnected CD and Hard Drives from mother board and reconnected. I removed RAM and reinstalled. All of these ideas came from suggestions online, but still cannot get past the Dell Splash Screen. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
